2. Data we collect

Unit request form

When you submit a unit request, we collect the parent name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, student name and year group, school name where provided, requested subject or unit, availability, and any message or teacher feedback you choose to include.

Tutoring and booking administration

If a tutoring package is arranged, we may process scheduling information, attendance notes, payment and invoice details, teaching notes, and progress information needed to provide the agreed service.

• To respond to enquiries and recommend a suitable 6-lesson unit package.
• To schedule tutoring sessions and communicate with parents or guardians.
• To provide tutoring, progress visibility, and Proftor-powered learning support where applicable.
• To issue Hungarian electronic invoices and keep accounting records.

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, form handling, scheduling, Proftor learning technology, accounting, invoicing, and technical support. These providers may process data only as needed to support the service.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond, follow up, and manage prospective bookings. Tutoring, invoice, and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable Hungarian law. Where you ask us to delete data, we will do so unless a lawful reason requires retention.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or request portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
